Power cable flexible with copper multiwire tendons, with a rubber isolation, elastic electro-conducting screens, in a rubber shell, mine
CONSTRUCTION
1. CURRENT IS CONDUCTING WIRE copper, multiwire, round form, 5 class for 22483.
2. DIVIDING LAYER synthetic tape, imposition of isolation is assumed without tape in default of adhesion of isolation to the tendon.
3. ISOLATION from rubber of isolation. The basic isolated tendons have the continuous distinctive colouring.
Auxiliary tendons in a group from three tendons have the continuous distinctive colouring, in a group from six tendons there is an account pair lived, different between itself and ot other tendons by the color of isolation. The tendon of grounding is executed without an isolation.
4. SCREEN imposed over the isolation of basic tendons from electro-conducting rubber by a nominal thickness 0.5 mm.
5. TWISTING auxiliary isolated tendons are twisted up in groups from three or to six lived with a step no more than 8 outward diameters on twisting.
Over the twisted up auxiliary tendons imposition of synthetic tape and general screen is assumed from electro-conducting rubber by the nominal thickness of 1 mm.
The screened basic tendons, groups of auxiliary tendons and earthing tendon, are twisted up. Step of twisting no more than 10 outward diameters of cable on twisting.
The screened basic tendons and earthing tendon of four-tendons cables are twisted up between itself. The screened basic tendons and groups of auxiliary tendons are twisted up round the tendon of grounding.
6. DIVIDING LAYER over the twisted up tendons synthetic tape or rubber tissue ribbon is imposed. Making is assumed without tape and ribbon on condition of providing of free separation of the isolated tendons ot a shell, destruction of synthetic tape, filling between tendon space of cables by materials, not diffusing burning.
7. SHELL from rubber of hose.
APPLICATION DOMAIN
Intended for tacking of movable machines of mines and mechanisms to the network on nominal variable voltage 1140 V frequencies to 50 Hz. on basic and 220 V on auxiliary tendons.
Cables do not diffuse burning at a single gasket.
