Sipboard cables with copper tendons with a rubber isolation, in a shell with PVC plastic
CONSTRUCTION
1. CURRENT IS CONDUCTING WIRE copper, round, multiwire; corresponds a class 3 by a section ot 1.0 to 4.0 mm², to the class 2 by a section ot 6 to 400 mm² .
2. DIVIDING LAYER imposition of synthetic tapes is assumed for a current-conducting tendons (under an isolation) of cables.
3. ISOLATION from isolating rubber.
4. TWISTING the isolated tendons of cables are twisted up in a cable concentric povivami in different directions, twisting of the isolated tendons is assumed concentric by coils in one side. Isolated tendons of two-cables of tendons by a section to 4 mm² it is inclusive assumed to dispose parallel. In each by coils cables with the section of tendon to 2.5 mm² there are an account tendon and tendon of direction.
Twisting of the isolated tendons to the cable application as filling of rubber cord is admitted.
5. DIVIDING LAYER on an isolation one the cables of tendons and outward coil of the isolated tendons of cables is imposed puttee from one synthetic tape.
6. INTERNAL SHELL from PVC plastic, longitudinal imposition of synthetic tape is assumed.
7. DIVIDING LAYER over an internal shell longitudinal imposition of synthetic tape is assumed.
8. OUTWARD SHELL over an internal shell, puttees from synthetic tape laid on from PVC plastic. In cables, except for the 2th and 3th cables of tendons by the section of 2.5 mm² and higher, application of one shell is assumed from PVC plastic.
APPLICATION DOMAIN
Sipboard cables type of used in power and lighting networks, in the chains of management, signaling and connections of interdevices; for an immobile gasket into apartments and on the opened deck, on condition of protecting from direct influence of sun radiation, including in the conditions of affecting cable of steams and kondensata of butters and fuel, steams of acids, alkalis, appatitovoy, coal, cement and to other dust, flour from fishes and other fish-products in the conditions of fish-processing workshops and apartments of refrigerators, including at influence of radial hydrostatical pressure to 1.96 Mpa (20 kgs/sm²).
